Not many potential Zoho users (and indeed existing users) are aware of Zoho One, which is a bundled package, offering 45+ Apps from a single sign-on, with built-in integrations, at an amazing price point! As a customer, if you are subscribed separately to different Zoho Apps, you may already be paying more than Zoho One, so get in touch for a free assessment.
Zoho One has a new release which is being rolled out, so existing customers will see a huge improvement, and if you are a prospect…just sign up here to get the enhanced version.
Thus far Zoho One has been a framework for bringing all these 45+ Apps together and is often referred to as a complete Business Operating System. Well, it is really about to boss it with the Unified Zoho One 2021 release, as it moves from an operating system to an ecosystem. So, what are the changes?
Improved Services!
Insightful Business Intelligence; Delivered by combining the power of Zoho Analytics + Zia (Artificial Intelligence), enabling conversational Analytics with Forecasting capabilities!
Enterprise Search; Unified, actionable search across the entire ecosystem!
Mobile Device Management; Remote Work requires remote provisioning and management which extends to mobile application management. It’s an Add-on and is included free of cost for 25 users, with additional costs after that. You can enrol devices and distribute Apps to employees. A great security feature is that you can lock or wipe devices if an employee leaves and it caters to both, Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) as well as Corporate devices that have been provided by your business.
Org Dictionary; Runs as a service across the Apps to improve your use of language by identifying keywords and making automatic suggestions.
More Applications!
Zoho has released 15 news Apps in the past 4 years with a focus on following three categories, all of which are now part of Zoho One:

TeamInBox (Shared Inbox for users with different email addresses to become part of a Team(s) to promote collaboration and reduce CCs and forwarding)
Data Management;
Zoho DataPrep connects with multiple data sources to clean, enrich data, catalogue, integrate, prepare and organise data, which can then be sent to Zoho Analytics for accurate reporting
