Mercer Lal is proud to have partnered with Zoho Corporation, implementing the entire range of 45+ applications in the ecosystem.
One of these applications is Zoho Books, where we offer configuration expertise, outsourced bookkeeping services, financial intelligence and integration to Zoho CRM, as well as third-party solutions.
At TSL, we are implementing Zoho One, and have completed a CRM audit, resulting in finely tuned Leads, Contacts, Accounts and Deals Modules, incorporating data integrity with Validation Rules and automation using Workflows.
Currently we are involved in a migration project, replacing PeachTree with Zoho Books & Inventory and have just completed matching balances for 2019. The next phase will see Zoho Books brought up-to-date with 2020 transactions and we expect TSL to be fully using just Zoho, by end of this year.
Future phases include building custom Apps using Zoho Creator for Vehicle maintenance, Driver schedules, Warranty management and other bespoke requirements.
